How to use Guduchi?

  • In severe hyperacidity, prepare a decoction from leaves of Guduchi, Margosa, and pointed gourd (Tricosanthes dioica) and take with little honey
  • Syrup of Guduchi is beneficial in all kinds of thirst related problems

Diabetes

Juice of Guduchi leaves and stems taken with honey cures all types of diabetes

Skin problems

  • Apply paste or juice of Tinospora leaves and sesame seed powder locally in case of burning sensation

Boil 10g stem in 4 cups of water till 1 cup is left and add one teaspoon of honey. Take it twice daily along with a controlled diet to treat obesity

  • Use the 3-4 g stem decoction with cold or hot water in the morning on an empty stomach as a tonic to cure weakness
  • To gain body strength in cancer, use powdered root and stem along with milk
