They rob banks and other institutions without hurting anyone though they use guns as a scare tactic. The duo along with a friend and old brother form a small gang and accidentally shoot a person during one of their errands, and their whole life turns upside down after that.

In 1980, Tony Montana (Al Pacino) escaped Cuba and ended up in the Florida refugee camp. His friend Manny (Steven Bauer) gets them a deal for escape and acquiring a green card, all they have to do is kill someone. With this murder, Tony’s journey in the criminal world begins.

Ace’s wife Ginger (Sharon Stone) who was a prostitute also gets in huge trouble when she decides to help a friend named Diamond. Will Ace give into love and friendship or will his thirst and greed for riches blind him?

Joe Pistone submerges himself into the Mafia industry under the name Donnie Brasco to gain access to the most dangerous and top Mafia families. Later, Sonny Black (Michael Madsen) who was just a leader becomes the head of the Mafia group with which Donnie is associated. As Donnie gets more and more involved in gathering evidence he loses his wife and his nightmare is furthered when the gang starts suspecting that there may be a rat in the group.

But the Civil War which is happening at the same time causes many problems to arise in his path.

The uniqueness of his drugs comes from the fact that they are imported directly from South East Asia. In order to stop Frank, a narcotics officer named Richie Roberts (Russell Crowe) is appointed. He is honest and not corrupt which is the reason why he is given the responsibility of finding all the mafias in North America.


The fact that this movie is based on a true story makes it a must watch gangster movie.

My list of Gangster movies ends with a story about five conmen that are arrested by the police following a truck Hijack even though they are innocent. When they are released after being found not guilty, they come together to pay back but realise that it was due to Keyser Soze, a criminal. They also see that each one of them has done something wrong to him in the past, and he is taking his revenge, but none of them knows who Keyser Soze is.
