The police start chasing him when he is contacted by the most excellent hacker named Morpheus who takes him to a world where humans are imprisoned by a technology known as ‘The Matrix’. Interstellar gives us a glimpse into the future of Earth as pollution, and global warming continues threatening to endanger humankind. This movie is a clever concept by Christopher Nolan who not only entertained his audience to the fullest but also gave out a warning to change through his Sci-Fi movie.

A crew of 5 members visits Mars but due to a dangerous storm has to leave. Mark Watney (Matt Damon) is left behind after he is assumed to have died after being hit and fainting. Mark stays on Mars with limited resources until he can communicate with NASA to share that he is alive. Being a botanist, he even grows potatoes on barren land where vegetation is almost impossible. Mark does not have much time until the food supply and oxygen supply is over. His team finds out he is alive and makes a plan to rescue him but doing so would endanger all their lives.

I was blown away when I watched Matt Damon grow the potatoes. A must watch in the genre of the Sci-Fi movie.
