  1. Prolonged use of apple cider vinegar can cause throat irritation. Only a diluted form of this liquid should be consumed.
  2. Too much apple cider vinegar can damage tooth enamel. Check with your dentist before you try any of the ACV remedies.
  3. If you are taking insulin and diuretics, avoid drinking ACV. This vinegar can react with your medicines and lead to low potassium levels.
  4. If you have diabetes or insulin resistance, do not take ACV without consulting with your doctor. ACV can also lower glucose levels in the bloodstream.
