Salman Khan’s current fee for a film revolves between 35-40 Crores (INR) or nearly $6 Million (USD). His last super box office hit was Sultan that got Yash Raj Films a gross collection of more than 500 Crores ($80 Million).
The movie was apparently made with a budget of 90 Crores only. So practically, half of the budget was just for Salman Khan!
He had a somewhat successful career for over a decade starting from Maine Pyaar Kiya in 1989. He did a variety of roles for long, but in his recent interview in Koffee with Karan, he said he now likes to select characters that are of a typical ‘Hero’ kinds, which leave an inspiration.
