The other way it is used when you are super pissed at someone for saying what they’re not supposed to and mess things up. In that case, the acronym is accompanied by a question mark and an exclamation mark to make your statement.
When you are super happy after being surprised with a vacation to Paris or even better, a wedding proposal, FR comes out in a whole lot different context in this case. Then it is a lot of exclamation marks to show your happiness.
